A little bit about me...
- I have recently completed High school in 2018 and received an ATAR (65.40) and HSC. I also have received a Certificate II In Construction through a VET course at school for 2 years.
- I have been searching for apprenticeships for a few months and am still keen to get started as an apprentice and work under an employer. I am easily motivated to work and enjoy doing so in any way that it is required.
- I completed a 2 week pre-apprenticeship with Master Builders Association under the TVET Carpentry course. Within that course they had manual handling, safe power tool training, framing lessons. And additionally, I completed a basic First Aid Course, alongside a Working Safely at Heights course both theory and practical.
- I also have my Red Provisional License, and my own vehicle. I would prefer to work on residential sites, but I am also fine to work on commercial sites under the Carpentry profession and trade.
- I do not have any power tools at the moment, but if needed to purchase them,I will do so when I start working if the employer needs me to supply my own tools/equipment.
P.S. I do play soccer (Under 21's) on the weekend, alongside training on 1-2 weekdays at night.
